Nerano Overlooking the bay of Marina del Cantone, it is located in the center of the Punta Campanella Marine Nature Reserve, composed of several pebble beaches such as Recommone, with rocky seabeds and crystal-clear waters that make it a popular destination for boat trips and scuba diving. A path from the main square in Nerano also leads to the Bay of Ieranto , now owned by the FAI (Italian Environment Fund), which protects it as the only intact bay on the Sorrento Peninsula . This unique inlet has always fueled myths and legends.
